Never contacted about when work would begin. Kept calling and getting different answers no follow up!!

Should be a lower review..the wrong door was ordered and delivered..

Unified was able to do the job when others were unable to figure it out.

Work was sloppy and had to have another Unified installer attempt to repair the problems on two different dates so far. All this for a storm door!

I was robbed by Unified TWICE. 2 storm doors cost $1,000 each? One was a standard white door, the other a black wider front door. Salesperson wrote cost as $1,000 each for very different doors. No price guide or list. I knew I was being ripped off but I needed doors. And I reluctantly changed what I asked for as the salesperson encouraged me to purchase a different model he said most customers prefer. My wife hated it. I was robbed again when I had a replacement standard white storm door installed which cost me another $750 that the salesperson said was a discounted price.

If the contract says one thing but Unified says it means something different it would be hard to recommend to Family and Friends

Cost is on the high side, a lot of extra costs

I was happy with Unified's product and installation, however, I was not happy with the time it took to get the window installed. Communication could have been better.

Overall great experience from start to finish

The windows are good quality and the install was done well. There was some debris still outside and the stickers and protective covers were left on the windows.

We were having our storm door replaced. Unfortunately, it was cold and snowing, but the installers arrived promptly. They both began working right away, first removing our old door and then installing our new one. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. Thank you so much!

I would recommend the company. However, I think it would be important for me to share my experience with both the finance plan and receiving information on my order being ready. From when I ordered my doors in September until I made the phone call in December I never heard from the company.

2 missed appointment and installer broke kitchen faucet. Minimal refund offered. Would not recommend this company

Work was done and completed in a timely fashion

I had two storm doors installed… the kitchen and basement. So far no issues with the doors. Both are strong and insulated keeping out the cold air and winds.

Natalie was very helpful working around my schedule to book my installation date. Cleave the installer was on time, neat and a great craftsman.

Although the wait was a bit long, 10 weeks, it was what was promised. Price was affordable, and bay window was installed efficiently and looks beautiful. Installers were professional and excellent.

I would gladly complete the survey if I was reimbursed the $ 838.00 for veterinary emergency room charges due to contractors failure to clean up after their days work. Trash was left in neighbors yard.The dog stepped on a nail and by the way is doing fine.
