The tear-off crew did extensive damage to my home and it took over a month to get the problems resolved. When Two Rivers returned to install gutter guards they noted that the solar company, who had installed the solar as soon as the roof was completed, had damaged the roof. I contacted the solar company who took responsibility for the damage and requested that Two Rivers give them an estimate of cost for repair however they cannot get Two Rivers to return their call of submit an estimate. The repair must be done by Two Rivers as having any other company do the repairs would invalidate my warranty. I cannot get a return call from Two Rivers either.

Brenda and Arazate showed up the day I called them for an estimate and provided me with options and recommendations on roof color and type. Unfortunately, the rain prevented them from moving forward with the job for a few months, but they came and tarped my roof. Once the rain stopped, they came and completed the job quickly and efficiently!

Two River Roofing just completed re-roofing our house in Carmichael. They removed our old wood shingle roof and replaced it with a high quality Owens Corning roof. Very professional team. Brenda was great to work with and kept us updated during the whole process. They were able to schedule our project within a couple of days of signing with them. The job took a few days longer than was originally promised, but we are extremely happy with the end product with a high quality beautiful roof. We also felt they were very fair with the price. There were no hidden or extra charges beyond the original quote. We'd highly recommend Two Rivers Roofing.

My experience has been challenging from the start. They lack the communication and professionalism that I would expect from an Owens Corning installer. The project took four months to complete, far longer than necessary. There were several hiccups, including installation of paper against regulation, and I required them to re-install. I'm also unsatisfied with the responses I received from the owner when I called attention to installation imperfections. The lack of communication and professionalism is unsatisfactory for the value the customer is investing.

They were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and finished the job on time as scheduled.
