Twin exceeded our expectations from the beginning of the project to the end. They were able to prepare the proposal in such a way it was easy to determine the cost of adding to or removing parts of the scope. This proved important in our decision to use Twin. The project team assigned to the project was a great fit for our personalities. There is nothing Twin does without throughly thinking through the customer satisfaction side of things. They were professional as well as easy to talk with. There were a number of times, we (homeowners) looked at each other and just marveled at the way the project was coming together. We couldn't have picked a better partner to build our home. They did our project in a very timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. If we were to build again they would be the only company we would call.

I don't know what I would have done if William hadn't saved me from my "contractor nightmare". Being first time builders, we made a few mistakes hiring another local neighborhood contractor who took advantage of us. William helped us transition and work through legal issues and framing problems with our old contractor, and he treated us like family with his professional but caring demeanor. Twin honestly cares about their clients and families. Trey, our project manager, became family in our household. He was at our home every day overseeing the job, keeping me updated and keeping my nerves at ease since living in your home when adding an addition is not an pleasant undertaking! Our dogs also love them all. One of the Twin guys is our dog sitter now when we go out of town! If you want a peace of mind during a remodeling or new build, go with Twin. They are impeccable about details and precision. Don't go with a guy down the street to save a buck, go with Twin. They are worth every penny.

We were extremely pleased with Twin the first time around but THIS time they raised the bar and exceeded our expectations again. This was made possible by our Project Manager, Nikolaus Mimikakis. His cared for this project as if it was being done to his own home. The daily and weekly communication and updates were KEY to our success and he exceeded my expectations. We hit a few bumps along the way, mostly due to our OLD house, but they were addressed in a timely fashion and we still hit our schedule target. All of the work, from the demo, framing, electrical, painting was top notch. We are so pleased with our renovation and will use Twin again, without any hesitation, for our next project!

Twin general manager was professional and extremely responsive to my questions and comments and resolved any issues I had immediately and positively. The overall experience was extremely positive and I would definitely recommend Twin for a remodel. Twin's subcontractors did a great job in a timely manner, and were all very professional and pleasant. The job site was kept clean and Twin took special precautions for my ensuring the safety of my cat during the remodel. All the remodeled rooms look great and I'm extremely pleased with the results.

The most effective aspect of a project with Twin Construction is the project manager who is assigned to monitor the progress of the work schedule. When any issues arise the customer has a direct contact ( the project manager) with whom to negotiate and have resolution of the issues.

We are just beginning our FOURTH job with Twin in 2014. With an 80 yr old house, two jobs were small and "unexpected", and two were larger, planned endeavors. With each experience this year, Twin has been professional, organized, trust-worthy, courteous and easy to work with. They treated each of our projects as important, and used all their resources to make sure we were satisfied with each job. We have had several of the same subs on our various projects, and they are always polite and efficient. We certainly did not anticipate using Twin four times in one calendar year, but we have been pleased with each experience. We would (and have!) recommended Twin Construction to our friends.
