Co-owner Spencer and general manager Jake did an excellent job with our insurance claim for roof and gutters. They handled all the paperwork and any needed adjustments, and their sub-contractors did quality work.Complications on our end regarding whether to rebuild or tear down an old chimney slowed us down initially, but they assisted with tradesmen who gave good guidance. We determined that a future high-efficiency gas furnace vent line could be run horizontally through the wall, eliminating the need for a chimney. They therefore removed and capped the chimney, patched the roof, and brought in an HVAC expert to disconnect the old (oil) furnace from the chimney and the oil tank.Because Covid increased the demand for home improvements, they had a very full schedule last fall, but they still fit everything in and completed the work before the snows set in ahead of Christmas. The impending weather and tight margin caused some stress for us all, but they handled it in a professional manner. We would certainly give Jake a call for any future exterior work.

Schedule - Turnkey was on time and roofed the house in one day. With working from home it only disrupted our home for one day unlike others in the neighborhood who had roofs replaced. They had crews working on their roofs for 3 days.

Turnkey and it's sales person made our storm damage project seamless and he didn't hesitate when I made certain requests of what I wanted and didn't want done to our new gutters, gutter guards and down spouts.
