Tri-County exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. Branden always showed a thorough knowledge of his product and crew, and was constantly available to answer any of our concerns before, during, and after the project completion. The roofing crew went above and beyond to demonstrate professionalism, diligence, and respect for both myself and our property. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The sale rep and the roofing crew were unfailingly helpful, sincere, diligent and professional. This company definitely far exceeds the bar.

Repeat Business - We are in the market for new guttering, and if Tri County is able to be price competitive we will definitely put them at the very top of our list.
Additional Comments - Tri County is not the typical roofing company. In 35 years of home ownership I would never have put roofers as my favorite people to work with. This company totally changed that experience and if we ever have another project there is no question about whom we would choose.

Tri-County did a great job with the small project I gave them. I'll be contacting them for all my gutter work now. They were professional, courteous and very neat. Except for the beautiful gutters and downspouts, I'd never know they were here.
Employees & Subcontractors - Two different crews of young guys did the work. I was very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied that Tri-County Enterprises was timely, returned calls, and were on time when they came out to give quotes. I've used them several times for several projects. I've always had good luck.
I certainly would not say that they're your typical roofing company. They do things in a manner in which things should be done. They're very professional and timely. A plus in their favor is their hard work and craftsmanship.
Areas For Improvement - Tri-County came here and worked all day long, almost into the evening to get the job done for me. They did a great job.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I've dealt with some roofing companies in the past and always seemed to dread it. It was a pleasure to have these guys work for us. They were courteous. No questions was belittling to them. They worked really, really efficiently and hard.
Lead Source - I went to the home show and visited with a Tri-County representative there. I decided to go with a metal roof. There were two companies at the show. I decided to go with Tri-County because they've been here in town, seemed well established, and more knowledgeable than the other company.
Repeat Business - I don't know as of right now if I'll have gutter work to do in the future. Tri-County Enterprises will get my business if I do.
Additional Comments - I hope Tri-County continues with the success they should be given. They certainly are a unique company. Whatever else they do, I'm sure they do it in the same manner. I'm always glad to give them a plus because they deserve it.
