Originally from Quasqueton, Iowa, Rod Manson graduated from Luther College in 1991 with a degree in Education. Rod was a teacher at North Linn High School from 1991-1994, as well as the head wrestling coach. Having worked construction through college, Rod saw an opportunity and the need in the Corridor for a top notch, service oriented gutter company.
Tri-County Seamless Gutter was founded in 1997, literally starting the business in his garage with one other employee and one work truck. As the company began to grow, Rod saw a need to add more to his staff, and invited his two brothers to join him in this adventure.
Gaining the confidence of many homeowners and general contractors in the Cedar Rapids area, Tri-County purchased the Shaver Road location in 2001. Since then, the roofing department was added to the business and it became Tri-County Enterprises, Inc. in 2006.
Today, Tri-County is pleased to employ a team of 15 that includes installers, estimators, and office staff. Every day in business is a testament to the staff and teamwork! Rod has made it his mission to exceed the expectations of his clients, staff, and family.
Rod and his wife, Mandy, live in the Corridor with their two children. If you are familiar with the Shaver Road property, you’ll also know that the St. Bernards are a part of this family, too! Hide

Branden always showed a thorough knowledge of his product and crew, and was constantly available to answer any of our concerns before, during, and after the project completion. The roofing crew went above and beyond to demonstrate professionalism, diligence, and respect for both myself and our property. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone.

Additional Comments - Tri County is not the typical roofing company. In 35 years of home ownership I would never have put roofers as my favorite people to work with. This company totally changed that experience and if we ever have another project there is no question about whom we would choose.

I certainly would not say that they're your typical roofing company. They do things in a manner in which things should be done. They're very professional and timely. A plus in their favor is their hard work and craftsmanship.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I've dealt with some roofing companies in the past and always seemed to dread it. It was a pleasure to have these guys work for us. They were courteous. No questions was belittling to them. They worked really, really efficiently and hard.

Lead Source - I went to the home show and visited with a Tri-County representative there. I decided to go with a metal roof. There were two companies at the show. I decided to go with Tri-County because they've been here in town, seemed well established, and more knowledgeable than the other company.

Additional Comments - I hope Tri-County continues with the success they should be given. They certainly are a unique company. Whatever else they do, I'm sure they do it in the same manner. I'm always glad to give them a plus because they deserve it.
