This was a very busy time of the year for them due to the weather. My job was always being pushed down the line for other jobs and I wasn't very happy about this. In result of this they left a sour taste in my mouth about the company.

After the major hailstorm beginning of May we had several roof companies come out. They all suggested a whole new roof. Joel Beck however told us we only needed a minor repair, which they took care off.There were a few problem communicating, but I understood, realizing how busy they were.Don't know yet if the repair hold up. But even the estimate he gave us to repair to whole darn thing was far lower then anybody else.

Not only was their work completed as advertised to be top quality, they were very accommodating. We had a tight window to get the job done, and they exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased.

When the job was finished it was done properly and to my satisfaction.

Yes, the roof looks nice, but I am very disappointed that part of the contract was not fulfilled. I was supposed to get the gutters cleaned and the foam wedges put in back and front, but to this date it has not been done. I called Andy about it as soon as someone was able to climb a ladder and look in the gutter. No foam. He said he would be out the following Wednesday. I have not heard from him nor seen him. I left at least one more message. It makes me wonder if, because we are "old," we cannot get up to look into the gutters so it wasn't going to get done. With all the high recommendations in the packet, and Matt Meister speaking so glowingly about the company, I am disappointed. I do hope someone will see to it that the job I paid for is complete.

Additional Comments - Here in Colorado Springs we went through almost a full week of crazy weather. It was hailing multiple times a day and there was flooding in city. Even with all of that nothing leaked because of the work Total Roofing had done.

Total Roofing only completed half the project. They finished the exterior roofing repair but their interior drywall crew never showed up or called to reschedule. Very unprofessional to stand-up customers and certainly with no follow up to ensure that the work had been completed. My wife called, texted, and emailed the project manager with no reply. We finally had to have the interior work completed by another company. We also had to repeatedly call for a payoff balance for the work that they did do. When we did get a balance, the billing representative tried to charge us full price and insisted that their records indicated that both exterior and interior work was completed.

My roof is leaking more after the repairs than before the repairs! The roofing workers were young and told me my roof was leaking from condensation from my stove (ridiculous). They left a 10 foot piece of flashing on the roof leaning against a vent pipe. It is "raining" in my living room, kitchen, and laundry room!!
