This company was great to work with. The staff was very professional and I felt like I had an ear from them whenever I needed to get clarification or wanted to discuss the ongoing project. I am happy with the finished project I can’t wait for the pollen in Va to cease so I can go out and decorate.

Steven, the worksite manager, was professional and seem to do everything in his power to have our deck built in the time frame given. Other associates that we worked with were not as kind nor professional and they were not honest in their use of subcontractors.

They were very professional. They got all the permits for the extension that they did. They worked very well with the building inspectors, and they got everything that was required done.

I would suggest them with considerations. I would tell them to make sure they finish the job, and not to leave the house until the crew is done to make sure the job is finished.

They were very accommodating. They did very professional work. Things were messy when they worked. The drywall people (the young lady) cleaned up every little thing, leaving it spotless. They were very careful and cleaned up. The electrician was very accommodating. The painter was not too swift. Ricky and his men were very good at working hard. The insulation was the only scheduling problem.

We did have to have them come back and redo some things. I'm not happy with the finished drywall work inside. It was a little messy and not as neat as it could have been. I did the painting where the drywall was finished off, and I had to spackle and sand it down. That would be the only complaint. I probably could have had them come back. We finished it Christmas of last year.

Professional & Organized - There did appear to be some miscommunications between the builders and the planners; however, the issues were quickly resolved by the project manager and actually resulted in a better end product with a more pleasing exterior appearance. We are very pleased with the end results.

Schedule - We did have some concerns initially that the project was taking too long. However, in retrospect, we are happy with the work that was done and the delivery, especially considering that TRS lost about 10 days due to heavy rains. Additionally, more excavation was required than was originally anticipated. John Campitell, Project Manager, worked very hard to keep the project moving forward.

Construction Quality - Our project was completed in mid-November. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and appearance. The project results were as promised in our contract discussions. Mike Freeman the installer was outstanding and very meticulous about his work.
