My house did not pass inspection, damage was done to the trim, black tar was over parts of my house and they have not fixed it yet. I have called them and I get calls from them and all I get is "I will pass your complaint on up the ladder" but nothing happens.
Total Home Roofing and Construction did a great job. I am well satisfied.
It was a quality job.
Sales person was very informative and knowledgeable, installers did a good job, however office staff was least then efficient. It took them over a month to get the initial permit. In addition they left the job without getting a final inspection for over the month. I got involved and instructed them what they needed to do to get the final inspection.
Overall, they did a good job, and I was satisfied.
just not good at all
James, the salesperson, was particularly great. Christine on the phone was very professional, nice, and courteous.
The job done by Total Home Roofing and Construction was on time and I am well satisfied.
I live the workmanship and materials but had issues working with the project co-ordinator and finance team.
They took substantial time to get the project done. Also, the gutters were put on extremely late and the roof had substantial leakage and internal damage to the house.
The workers were pleasant. The installation crew did work in a rush, and messes do happen. However, a better job needs to be done in regard to the nails left.
I did recommend 'Total Home Roofing " to a friend after I initially signed my contract and they too went to contract. I understand that project resulted in water damage to the interior with "blue tarps " on the home for over a week. Never received any "$" for the lead ,which they promote.
I did recommend them, but now I am afraid. This was before they left us for months on end. I would not recommend them to anyone again.
The roofers very good as evidence by the work done.
THR&C did a reasonable job of managing my roof replacement from start to finish of the process. Work was performed on schedule and to my satisfaction. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replaced.
They did a well done job. They were on time and on budget.
Total Home Roofing and Construction did a good job. They just need to come back out for some little things.
I would always do your own research, but they are a main distributor of Owens Corning and this means a lot. They stand behind their products and workmanship, and we are very satisfied. The crew was timely and professional, and they do not cost you an arm and a leg like other roofers.
I will not likely recommend Total Home Roofing and Construction.
I already have sent business to this company.
Brian Taylor was exceptional.
This was for Citrus Roofing. I am pretty sure Owens Corning does a great job.
Total Home Roofing and Construction did a good job.
To start with, we made arrangements for the roofers to show up on a specific date and take 7 days or less to complete. They showed up on time, that day, and explained the process. However, after the second day, they were a no show, and then the third day, a no show. I contacted the company. I received a call from the roofer stating that the storm has pulled them off of my roof and they are working on repairs to roofs that they had completed that needed work. But they would be there the next morning, which would be the fourth day. Fourth day, a no show. I called the company. Again received a call from the roofer stating that the completed roof repairs are taking longer than expected. I was asked to please, be patient. They finally showed up by day twelve By the thirteenth day I THINK completed my roof. I say I THINK because at the end of that day one of the crew told me that the boss would be out the next day to pick up the left overs, a complete box and a couple extra of metal stuff and two sheets of plywood, tighten the gutters, and would explain the finished product. I waited. I waited and waited. Then I got a call from a gutter replacement company. I explained that I was not replacing my gutters, only tightening them properly. Then I called the office and explained it to them. Arrangements were made for the roofer “boss” to come out, tighten the gutters, take the left overs and explain the finished product. And I waited three days, called the company again and was told the message was delivered to the roofers and that she would send it again. I then contacted the person who originally set up the roof. I explained everything and was told that he would make sure it’s done, but that the storm had set all the crews back a bit and to please have patience. Also that he should be the last person I should contact about issues. I explained to him that I had already contacted the office several times and left several messages. After a month, I called the office and asked what was happening, is my roof completed? I was told she would find out.I waited another month and contacted the office again. I explained all the issues and just want to know what I should do with all the extra products sitting on my driveway and are my gutters tightened properly and is the roof actually completed? She stated that she is looking at everything and it shows the roof is completed, after all, it’s been over two months. I explained, how do I know it’s actually done and the gutters are good to go, and what in the heck do I do with this stuff on my driveway? Can I take the paperwork off my window? She stated that since the computer is showing completed that yes, everything SHOULD be good to go. She stated I could take the paperwork off the window and do whatever I want with the leftovers. At that time I put the leftovers that had been sitting on my driveway for more than two months and put them on the curb.I STILL don’t know if the gutters on on right. I was told that all the vents on the roof would be brown, I have two silver ones. We have had some hard rains and there has been no leakage and the gutters haven’t fallen off, so I guess that’s something.
I would absolutely not recommended Total Home Roofing.
