Pay more attention to detail and what the customer is saying and wants - listening, understanding, and comprehending what was asked. I thought I was clear in what I was asking, but a couple of things weren't done correctly, which held up some things and made some things go sideways.Generally, the quality of work was great; it is just that the way it was done was not what I desired.
