Fast, efficient work

Lack of follow up after minor concerns. Once paid in full all communication stopped. poor customer service

The owner of this company was absolutely awesome to work with from beginning to end. I am a very high maintenance customer and not one time that I feel he was getting aggravated with the amount of questions that I asked his voice never reflected aggravation and he was very patient with me. He took multiple pictures sent to me at the end of each workday they did a great job cleaning up and fixed a minor problem we had with no questions asked.

The crew worked all day until the job was done and it was very hot.

Outstanding all around. This is truly one of the smoothest and most professional jobs I have had done yet by any contractor at home or work. Owner of T.L.C Construction, responded immediately, was highly professional and well-priced and all around a great guy. The crew that came to our house was just as outstanding, very friendly, curious and extremely hard-working guys. They did a excellent job on the roof removal and installation and when they left they cleaned my property and removed every piece of debris. Just an all-around great group of guys that did the job and it was a perfect when they left.

They had exceptional communicaiton and an exceptional installation team. It was a great experience.
