The team was great from start to finish. They did an awesome job cleaning up and other than a new roof you would never know they were here.

Very professional company with excellent products and exceptional staff. An estimate was provided in a timely manner, highly wind shingles and quality products were installed, clean up nicely done, and payment processed quickly. We have a new roof and we are extremely pleased. Also, the "spider monkies" The excellent roofers were dang good at installation and very polite.

This was the 3rd roof that they have done for us. Great job and done in time.

We had hail damage and Titan roofing and their great crew did a great job from start to finish. We have a stick framed 1940's era home built in 4 separate add-ons plus a almost 10/12 pitch on our garage. Shaun and Jennifer were very professional and even handled most of the insurance issues. They did the job they said they were going to do for the amount agreed on in the estimate. I would trust them to do any roofing work on my place and recommend them to you the person reading this.

Excellent communication from quote to scheduling to completion of roofing project.

I visited with titan from the initial claim date in 7/2022. It was recommended I have them check my roof after the winter for further deterioration and they checked roof again in 6/2023. Through that process they recommended another review by my insurance provider. Once complete the insurance company agreed the roof needed to be replaced. Work was completed in early October.

I am beyond pleased with Titan. Their communication, timeliness and quality of work surpassed my expectations. From the bidding process to the final clean up, every step was efficient and carried through with professionalism and detail. Couldn’t be happier!

I chose Titan Roofing for two reasons. Their reviews and their responsiveness. In the office, Stephanie kept us on track and went above and beyond to find a ridge cap that seemed to be unavailable. On site, Jim was invaluable. The crew that reroofed our home were super courteous, focused on correct completion but with an eye on protecting our home and gardens from dust and debris. In fact, in all my years in construction I have never seen a work site left so pristine. This is a really professional roofing contractor!

Many "storm chaser" companies from outside the valley poured into the Flathead after a July hailstorm event that damaged countless roofs. Some were better than others but all of those based outside the valley, Florida, Texas, Washington etc., will be hard to find if any follow up work (warranty issue)is required in the years ahead.Titan roofing is local, family run, and equal to any of the best crews I witnessed working last summer and this spring. And that is a lot of crews and a great many replaced roofs.

Communication with the crew was difficult as we are not bilingual but every concern or questions we had were answered promptly with a phone call! Excellent crew.

Relatively expensive ( but with inflation hard to assess) but speed and quality of work seem worth every penny.

It was generally pleasing and an easy experience.

We probably had more satisfaction with J4 as a contractor than any other I can think of. You have other people that did fine work, but you are hesitant to contract this stuff unless you have to.

J4 did a great job. Did the job without any problems. I would always recommend them.
