The result was very good. The process of getting the project done and communication could have been better.

Craftsmanship was excellent
The process was fairly smooth from start to finish in building our new patio cover. The only snafu was a zoning issue, but they got that resolved with the city quickly. The work was done efficiently and effectively.
Recommendation based on final product but caution given regarding adhering to schedule, anticipated timeframes and lack of concern with existing deck.

Their work was good overall, but took WAY too long. Two years to build a new deck and bonus room beneath. Two years of having your home be a construction site. Would go with someone that could get it done quicker next time.
