When I did drone footage of my roof, I still found several broken and chipped tiles. When I pointed this out, it took a very long time for someone to come back out and fix it and when they did, they replaced my tiles with gray tiles that did not match my roof. I have emailed TORC about this with no response.

I paid your company $54K for a PM plan and when you were done I asked did we test the roof for leaks. Your team told me no that it would be best to wait for rain. It has rained twice since your PM was done and we have had to call you back out to fix them but you charge me again. It should have been included and you you have given a warranty to your work. I will let you know I am bidding to have my roof replaced and as of now your company is not invited to participate.

Complete lack of the ability to pay online was a major inconvenience.

Every time I email a service request for a request for our Annual PM service, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get a response. And even though TORC actually replaced the entire roof of both our buildings and we have a signed contracts for annual PM service. I was told that it's up to us, the client, to "remind" TORC of when the annual PM service is due. There have also been a few issues that were found from a TORC inspection on the roof that I was told that I needed to hire "another" roofing company to handle.

Everything went smoothly except for delays that contradicted the timeline that I was given. The first gentleman who came out to give a quote stopped a mall leak above my bed. This was totally unexpected as he was not being paid for this.
