The workman promised 8am arrival on thurs 9/18 & 8:18-8:45 fri 9/19. Arrived at 11 on thurs and 10-10:15 on fri. I was told eight away that the faucet did not match the bathroom color scheme but matched the signed contract. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A BLACK FAUCET AVAILABLE AT FACTORY BUT SINCE IT DIDN'T MARCH CONTRACT, THEY WERE UNABLE TO BRING IT TO SHOW ME.
l emailed Richard Paterson asking why a brushed nickel faucet was sent with a bathroom that had a white ,beigeblack and gray color scheme....he told me he "I" picked it. I told him at first meeting I am color blind...unusual for a female, but I would rely on his help and black scheme would make this easier. When the workman showed me the faucet I could tell it was not a match for the gray/black sink. The workman stated it's in the contract I could request a color change but they could not guarantee if/when that would happen or when/ if I would have a functional bathroom, since it was in the contract. It is an eye sore and for $18,000, a disappointment. I feel like I overpaid for this because I have a handicapp the salesman was aware of. Also the basin I chose was black, beige, grey, white, I have a pic and Pat told me I could not have it because of the mirror. I told him I would remove the mirror so it would fit. Not happy with whit, gray, black basin...I'm glad I didn't paint the wall beige....
