Sold as a complete bath remodel to be completed in 2-3 days. Our responsibility was to paint walls upon completion. Demo started on 8-11 and today (Sept 1) I only have a temporary shower and toilet in the bathroom. No sink, open walls, no flooring, extension cord light. This is our only bathroom on first floor.

Installation got cancelled day of at 9am. Was told it would take 2 days instead of one. That would have been fine if I was made aware of that beforehand. Sales team ordered wrong tub which is delaying another week minimum. I haven’t even been reached out to by anyone to reschedule the last bathroom. Installation team was great however.

The install was done in a professional manner. The installer was polite and answered all questions. The cleanup was finished. My wife was happy.

Professionalism - The contractor was very professional. I was very impressed with him. It was hard to get a hold of the staff sometimes.

Installers were great but their truck and order wasn't complete. They had to go back to base for parts
