Techline roofing communicated very effectively and they followed up on the work their subcontractors did to insure quality. The results are better than expected

Layne Orendac of Techline Roofing came to our house as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable in not only the roofing grades, choices and manufacturers but in offering the one stop solution of arranging other sub contractors to repair siding and gutter damage from the hail storm. My experience strongly suggests that is you do not watch or do not know what to watch for, some of their crews will cut corners when possible. I would recommend hiring an independent inspector to watch their work.

Roofing crew did a good job until one of them stepped through the ceiling in one of the rooms. Made a big mess, took a week to clean it up and fix the ceiling, which the drywall crew did a good job. That was the only big problem I had overall.

The shingles removal & installation team worked full days, was focused and efficient, and their clean-up efforts after each day were impressive. The project was completed as scheduled and the new Owens Corning shingles look spectacular.
