They were very thorough and professional and prompt.
TechClean was assigned by AllState (from a base in Mobile, Alabama).They were scheduled by AllState to store furniture near their office in Ronkonkoma, NY a 45-minute trip, when traffic is good.I would have chosen a service closer to home. I did cancel their storage and used my own None of this is TechClean's fault. I would recommend TechClean if you live in their area.

In September of 2016, I had a water hose break in my home causing extensive damage on multiple floors. Kevin worked removing walls, ceilings, floors, kitchen cabinets and furniture that was damaged by a water hose break in my home from Saturday, September 17th through Saturday, September 24th. I have had many workers in my home, but none as hardworking and reliable as Kevin. He explained everything he was doing in my home and why it had to be done. He was also meticulous with his work. I never once had to pick anything up in the house and never had to take a broom to the floor.This was a very stressful situation with extensive damage which I have never experienced before. The one bright spot in this ordeal was this young man, who took his job very seriously with professionalism and courtesy and with a high respect for my property and well-being.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing.
