They made the process really hard. I don't understand how people that are not in the construction business even get it done.
Their work is excellent, but they're very busy.
Most certainly would NOT use this company again. Poor work quality combined with doing additional damage to my already flooded home, with little regard for professionalism, are all reasons I would not use them in the future.
I would not recommend Taylored Construction Services- Fairbanks. I am highly dissatisfied.
I’ve had both good and bad feelings with this whole ordeal. The overall experience was... okay. I’d totally recommend them for remediation/demo work since that lady, sorry can’t remember her name, told us what was going on and her schedule and she adhered to it. Otherwise I think they maybe their workload is so high that they can’t focus enough on each specific job to be good. I think it comes down to communication in the end. We are reasonable people, and just knowing what was going on would have gone a long way. The job is done, things look okay. There’s a 3 year warranty, and that’s the main reason I opted to go with them (set up by Allstate). Hopefully I don’t need to use the warranty, but it’s there and that peace of mind is worth something.
We already have.
Just wanted to thank you for sending such a people to do the ceiling repair, dryer revent, and eventual attic restoration. My brother is an engineer for Nestle-Purina and asked me to share pictures of work-in-progress with him… his comment (which I showed them) “Wow! Very clean for a demo site, and those guys are doing great work!” My sisters are both envious of the crew’s work style and work ethic as they’ve had trouble getting contractors to keep scheduled appointments and my sister fired one bunch for outrageously loud obnoxious music and too much worker profanity. We are so pleased your fellows are refreshingly different, genuinely nice people! Not only on time, but early! They asked if they could play music and then kept the volume very reasonable, good for working. Even when the crew composition differs, the men are getting along well, no angry exchanges and no profanity. Having one’s home damaged, and then living in it during restoration, is always challenging. We’re so thankful your people make this experience that much more pleasant.
