There was one time when we were dealing with an issue, but we finally got it taken care of. I don't know enough Spanish to directly talk to the guy doing the work. There were translation problems.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I didn't know that I had roof damage, and they inspected the roof and informed me. They took over a hundred pictures to show me the roof damage, and then they worked with my insurance company to get the replacement roof approved very patiently. When they said they would be here at first light they were here, they sent someone to check with me during the operation, and they communicated throughout the whole process. Afterward, they came and did a walkthrough with me. Anything I saw that needed to be repaired they repaired it right on the spot. There were no excuses or arguing. They took care of everything, and they are very reputable.

He had to do some extra work at the property line to secure it. We weren't sure at first if the drive gate was going to work. He made it all work and did a great job.

They're using good material and good inspection. It's a pretty good state with the warranty. They do strong work and do it properly. You don't have to worry about them.
