Communication - The crew was skilled and they knew what they were doing. Their immediate supervisor on site didn't know Spanish and couldn't communicate with them very well. There was one time when we were dealing with an issue, but we finally got it taken care of. I don't know enough Spanish to directly talk to the guy doing the work. There were translation problems.

For the most part everything was smooth and the job was done well. Clean up could have been better. There are still nails and various debris found around the outside of the house from the roof removal and installation.
