I was considering a new roof on my home for a few months and started getting estimates from 4 different companies. 1 of the 4 was Sunrise Roofing. The first of the 4 in a matter of minutes had come and gone with reviews that ranged from 2.0 to 3.5. Another company never came over and gave me an estimate through Google map and was almost 5k higher without doing a small breezway for the same Owens Corning System . When Sunrise came over at the time they said they would , Juan and Will walked my property, got on my roof and checked it out. Upon there inspection , Juan showed me the Owens Corning system from start to finish and answered my questions while Will prepared my estimate . When all was said and done I knew Sunrise was hired to do the job . I did mention to Sunrise that I had 1 other company coming over . The 4 th company came by with a good estimate but in all honesty they were not as professional as Sunrise. When they left they said think about it and get back with us when you make your decision . Well 2 days later they called and asked if they could do it , then 4 days later, 5 days, then 6 and on and on, it got to a point were I just didnt answer my phone .

I hired Sunrise Exterior LLC to install a new roof on my house in December after doing thorough research of roofing companies in the area. I felt Sunrise was would be the best company to hire to replace my roof after speaking to Juan when he came out to look at my existing roof, take pictures and measurements, and provide me with an estimate. During his initial visit Juan explained their processes and showed me the actual products they use and explained to me their benefits. He walked me through each step of the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of the importance of each step. I was also made aware of the timeframe of the entire project – from the initial order of materials to the completion of the installation. He also explained what the new roof would look like once the installation was complete – a look that did in fact turn out much nicer and more modern than what my roof had looked like prior. The Sunrise roofers were extremely meticulous and hard workers the entire time – from the initial set up to the final clean up. It is clear Juan and his workers have very high standards. The entire project was completed well within the time frame Juan initially provided. I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with Sunrise Exterior and the work they provided as well as the new roof I purchased from them.

Finding good contractors to work on your home can be a challenging task which is why my wife and I are so glad we found Sunrise Exteriors. Repair costs these days are rising, however Sunrise is very much worth it. Their rates are fair and competitive. Additionally, Juan and his crew are extremely fast and efficient with a top notch end result.
