They went above and beyond in the work they did!

As far as I know, they did a good job, until they took things to clean. It was difficult to get my things back. I was told someone would contact me, but they never did. After I contacted the company several times, they finally brought back two items, weeks later. I have one item that is still missing. I would recommend contacting other companies for comparison.

This unfortunately was not the first experience I have had with water mitigation services but this experience was by far the best one. Stover's made every effort to make sure I was aware of everything they were doing. They were always prompt, courteous and respectful of my home and my time. If I ever need services like this again I will be calling them.

If could zero stars I would. This company
prays on people in times of chaos. After a
house fire the insurance company sent them
out to us, they smile in your face and will
repeatedly tell you "this is on us". Yes they do
clean out your belongings and store them for
you. They will tell you they use special
machines to cleanse belongings to cleanse
the smoke soot from them. They will tell you
that your clothes will be laundered and
delivered to your current housing location.
Cool! Seems like a lot for a company to do
right? Well what they won't tell you is that all
these services will come at hefty expenses.
Those expenses and costs aren't disclosed to
you. In fact I made several phone calls and
even made a trip to their office to figure out
how much the cleaning of clothing and "pack
out" will cost. Not to mention storage is
charged monthly as well. All of this with no
luck in receiving any statement of what will be
billed to insurance. 1.5 months later, at last,
the clothes are ready to be delivered. But
wait, they still smell like fire. Sure they are in
dry cleaning bags but the smoke smell now
follows you to your new temporary home.
Clothing cleaning was billed to us at 9.5k And everything still smells like smoke and has smoke soot.

Very professional came in cleaned up and left his machines for the weekend . Very happy with the work done. Made the best of a bad situation.

Our basement flooded when a sewer fitting failed. The mess was overwhelming. I called Stover's and they responded quickly and with a full team. Within a few hours, all water and debris was removed, along with the vinyl base board strip. The floor had been power washed and sanitized, and fans were running full blast to dry everything quickly. Mission accomplished! Our basement was quickly returned to is normal dry state and we never had any odor or musty smell. There was never even a hint of mold or mildew due to Stover's quick action and fans that were gradually removed over a week or so ensuring that everything was dry. Thanks guys for a quality job and you were great to have around. Thanks again.

Well we've had two kitchen fires, and I tell ya what, when they got done it looked like they hadn't done anything. The soot was all over the walls and the woodwork. I was not happy with either company that we hired including Stover. I was not happy with the finished product.

Was very impressed with Stover. From the first phone call to the clean up. Very professional and responsive. The service techs let us know what they were doing along the way - there were no surprises. They took great care to make sure furniture, walls, etc. were protected during the cleanup. They took great care to clean up after their clean up. I would definitely use the again.

worst exp ever!!! not only did I have to keep calling them to come back out to do job right they send me letter that I thought was threatning saying insurance was not going to pay them until I sign a form for them. so I did so I would not be bothered by them again. months later they send me a bill for work they never even did. I called the ins and they said the had already paid Alacrity for it so I tell them not only did they get paid for something they did not do but are know trying to collect from me a 2nd time!!!!! pure crooked bullsh*t!!!!then the owner calls me and said he not been paid yet but when he did he will pay me for that work!!! Never happened !!!! Crooked as a 3 dollar bill...!!!!
