Trevor was very polite and professional as to what our priorities were. He explained the entire process of re-roofing our house from beginning to the end. Trevor kept in contact the entire time as to when materials, trailers and dumpsters would be delivered and picked up. The crew arrived right on time and also were very professional and polite. Dustin was the crew boss and explained everything as it was happening. 8 hour's later we have a new roof and looking at our lawn you'd never know what had taken place. Excellent Job!!!!!

Was completed in a timely manner as controlled by weather conditions. They returned for cleanup and inspection and were within the budget.

The team was amazing! They did a great job, showed up on time and got the job done much faster than originally anticipated. They actually beat three other quotes we received.

From the receptionist to the estimator they seemed to communicate well and did what they said they would do.

I was not satisfied with the process from the signing of the quote. It seemed like Brad put the absolute bare minimum of effort into the information process, did not provide a timeline until we had to ask twice, did not follow up with clarifying questions regarding a really specific repair I asked for and told him was important. I would never recommend that quality of service to anyone.

Great workmanship. The crew did a fantastic job and they were very respectful workers. The project manager was great to work with and made sure all work was completed correctly.

They were very professional, and kept my yard very clean. They kept in touch throughout the process, letting me know each stage they were on.

Story Roofing was exceptional in working on my roof last winter, as well as this summer as well. I had another company that really messed up my roof and dormers. Story Roofing beside being busy was over in a week to repair my roof. They finished the entire roof this year. I am very pleased to have had Story Roofing. They got shingles no one else could get. Owens Coring stopped making green shingles, but Story found them. Story Roofing was exceptional.
