He was definitely the person I wanted to purchase my roofing from. I’m very happy with my roof. I’ve recommended Mark and SRA to a number of my friends. Upon getting a quote to get my roof replaced due to hail damage, I asked if my deductible due after insurance paid out could be made by making monthly payments as I am disabled and have a very limited income. It was agreed that I would be able to pay $50 a month until paid off. The work done was terrible to start with. They had to come out several times to fix things. They damaged my 130+ year old original wood siding of my house, agreed to fix it but a year later has not been fixed. The roofers spray painted my wood siding with a completely different color than my house to try to hide damage, I was told that would be fixed and it was not. Then after the gutters were put on, the brand new roof was damaged and when the roofer came out to fix it, he didnt have ladder and asked to borrow one, and then proceed to cut my brand new christmas lights I had up. They kept sending me "final invoices " charging me almost $5,000 more than the original "final invoice " I was sent. They couldn't explain why other than "we bought 6 sheets of plywood". Then I get a call telling me they dont do payment plans and that the guy who agreed to this doesnt work for the company anymore, and if I dont pay the full amount owed immediately, they'll send me to collections and ruin my credit. I told them that I would've never used their company if they weren't going to honor the payment plan agreed upon. I asked why they haven't fixed what was damaged and they said they wont fix anything till I pay my remaining balance of $900.

Quality of work was wonderful. Workers were wonderful. The quality of the office staff was terrible and made it not worth the money.
