Steve Balsavich at Stella came to my house for an estimate for a whole roof replacement. Steve was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and up front about the whole process. I had a total of 4 roofing companies give me quotes, all A+ rated with the BBB, and only Steve was an actual roofer who could answer my more detailed questions. Stella also provided the most competitive quote and I appreciated that I didn't have to sit through a long sales pitch with pressure to buy at the end. I had some damage to the soffit from squirrels nesting there and Steve added to replace the missing panels for no additional charge. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day and the roof looks beautiful. Steve was reachable any time to answer questions. I couldn't have been any happier with the entire process and feel like I got great quality for a great price. I will definitely reach out to Stella for future projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with Stella. I received an estimate and got the project scheduled within a week. A week after that the roof was installed in a single day. The only small issue is that the snow on the ground hid some nails from the old roof that were missed during clean-up. I mentioned this to Steve and his team came out right away to do a secondary clean up. Nice!
