Early communication could have been better. Would be told that workers would be here at a certain time and they would either show up late or on some occasions not at all. If I had not known a little about how the processes worked there could have been mistakes made which would have set the project back. For example, a crew came in and was supposed to remove counter tops and one started to put down hardwood flooring before the floor had been properly prepped.
I had a small fire that destroyed my HVAC and caused minor smoke damage. Stanley cleaned the house top to bottom (far more than I would have done myself), took all my clothes and shoes for cleaning, oversaw all contractors replacing the HVAC, ductwork and even the insulation.
They were very professional and got the job done quickly.
There needs to be some follow-up. There are all these guys that show up at the house, some you never see again or call you. The people that were supposed to be here this morning haven't been here and haven't called. I try to call the representative and get the voicemail. They need a better follow-up. John who has been working with us is the only one that is prompt and courteous as to care what we care about and getting back to us with an explanation.
Stanley Restoration went above and beyond over the July 4th holiday weekend to take care of the water damage. Stanley Restoration is the only way to go! I've used them in the past and referred them to friends and family.Stanley Restoration takes pride in the work and puts the customer first, from the girls in the office to the guys in the field. A+++++ rating!!

The owners of Stanley Restoration show a shocking level of irresponsibility. The people working with customers could not be any better. Someone should have told me about putting boxes on my patio. Ashley was great. Cheryl was been phenomenal. David was great. The furniture repair guy did a great job. The things they broke were my most cherished possessions. I will not get this damage covered. Stanley Restorations has excellent people working there but unresponsive to customer satisfaction.
I want to applaud them for how well they did. The communication was always great and the team that was here was really good. I have no complaints.
The sub contractors that they have working for them are so easy to work with. They made the process very smooth!
I found the experience professional from beginning to end.
Stanley ultimately restored our house to what it was prior and you can't tell that it ever happened. It was a very draining experience getting the house flooded, but they worked around us being in the house the bulk of the time and I would recommend them. In addition to the restoral work we got two bathrooms remodeled while the house was a mess and they turned out better than we had originally visualized.
They did what they needed to do, and everything they stored came back in good shape.
My experience exceeded my expectations. The company was highly professional and very responsive. I am definitely a happy customer.

Original flooring contractor didn't allow for acclimation of flooring. Wrong underlayment was purshed for this project. Majority of the boxes are labeled "on the floor", not a good description of contents and pictures provided only showed fully packed and covered contents. Kitchen floor was covered with vinyl flooring stored there for acclimation, therefore delaying the Kitchen floor replacement a full week. Poor project management.
Overall the quality of the work was excellent. The floors, the walls, the paint was excellent.
This rating is just because we weren't aware that they use a lot of subcontractors. Obviously, Stan was the one talking with us and in contact with us, but I guess it depends on what subcontractor you get. The quality varies. That's not good.
They hire really good people. Every person who came in to work on the house, went above and beyond. I trusted them in the house and never worried about one thing. They were so congenial and nice to us.
Loved these folks! But be ready they work at lightning speed they were a joy to work with
the crew that came out was great! they answered all my questions and more. they really seemed to care and understood my fears and issues that i had. they were able to catch a past issue and was able to show me the difference and what to look for. i think they went above and beyond. we have an ant mound in the wall that looks like has been there for a long time. even though it wasn't active, they vacuumed it all up for us. thanks guys!!
All the people that came here were very good. I am very satisfied with their work.
Once they complete and get the openings that exist in my hallway taken care of. It is hard to recommend anyone with all of the problems that I have now.
