Great experience with Kohler walk-in shower installation. Renuity personnel were professional, efficient, and skilled. 2 day install was the promise. Promise met!

Timely, professional, extremely conscientious about protecting access to work area, worked quietly and efficiently. Large, interactive crew worked inside home and out, with outside crew doing prep and pre-assembly.

Justin did a wonderful job wrangling his crew, whoever was here to work. Electricians and plumbers even walked me thru what they were going to do and how they planned to accomplish the . Justin had another gentleman working with him, an apprentice (?), and they always kept their work area cleaned up as they went. There were two and three young men that were constantly carrying items needed into the house…and carrying out scraps/garbage, etc. These young men were so kind and amiable! We have grandchildren their ages! They kept their work area around their tool area neat and had tools always available for Justin and any others that needed tools changed out. We were impressed by these young men. The finished job looked clean, I checked things for being “level” as they built, they swept as much of the dust off the floor that they could. There was some glue, caulking and a paste-like substance on the linoleum that I noticed after they had finished and left. But, as a woman who has designed, and helped build, three of our homes, I know how to remove those safely without hurting the flooring. NOT a worry, if it shows in any completion photos.
The two activation-buttons for air and whirlpool-activation, turned out to be backwards. #6 and #7 on the Unit Instruction Sheet provided by Renuity, upon completion of the install. Renuity is currently working on that issue.

Our only complaint, isn’t as much a complaint, as it is an overview;
We are aware of construction costs, wood, wiring, plumber, electrician, crew, travel, permits, etc. But what we hope is conveyed up-the-ladder to Kohler owners and execs? Is that we believe their product is over market price by a significant amount, namely the over $36,000 we paid. My husband has MS, Diabetes and Rheumatism. He’s in constant pain, it never stops, never goes away. I’m praying this tub may give him some relief. Time will tell.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new Kohler Luxstone walk-in shower. It's so beautiful and functional in every way. My husband needs to sit down to shower, so with the dual Shower heads he is able to sit on the installed seat and use the hand held shower head.
Clyde was our first contact. He came to our home and together we customized our shower. He was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. Installation only took 2 days. The first day, they took out the old shower and prepped for the new shower. Before they began any work all floors were covered to protect our floors. Travis and his assistants were very professional and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, were polite and respectful.

Brian and Aaron were the best in installing our walkin. Very friendly and got the job done. Steve even showed up and helped us make a change to the original plans (that Aaron and Brian pointed out)

It is expensive, but the install was well done.

Overall decent install. However I still have a cracked floor tile that they have not returned my calls on.

I have called several times to get things fixed. We have not been able to use our shower at all. It has been 2 weeks since the job was supposedly done.

Great attention to detail. They were very careful to not damage any nearby walls, trim, etc and they used vacuums and barriers to minimize dust.

The crew at Pacific Bath were on time, courteous, respectful, and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our new tub.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. I am very pleased with the company and it's representatives.

I never recommend anyone unless someone asks who did a job for me.

My installation team for my tub to shower installation was fantastic in many ways. They took particular care traversing my stairway which was VERY challenging. They put down a walking path over my rugs and securely covered the carpeting on the stairs. Every night they tidied up which was most appreciated.

Pacific bath was higher cost than other companies I looked into but I chose them thinking I would get a better quality job. This is where I am disappointed. I will say the workers were kind and respectful but the original crew was here until 8 pm the second day from 8 am. That is too late for me especially when they said they would be done by 6. They left multiple gouges in the wall and ceiling and door molding. They scuffed the vanity. The caulking looked terrible and the doors were on backwards. When I talked to the project manager he sent someone out to look at it and assured me it would be fixed and they would call to set up a day. Monday comes no call and no return of my voicemail, Tuesday I have to call and a date was set for someone to come Friday. 0930 Friday no one is here and no call. When I call no one answers and then I got a callback and was told he had no one to come today. Now I’m very frustrated and tell him so. Eventually he calls me back and says he found someone to come. Dalton came and I will say he was kind and repaired the mess. At this point I’m just frustrated with the whole thing and probably wouldn’t recommend pacific bath.

It only took 2 days as we were told it would. The shower looks nice.

We like the overall product, but as highlighted below in item 8 on areas for improvement, we spent our one-time shower upgrade and it is not exactly as we would have liked. Now knowing this we would highlight to anyone considering this shower system upgrade things to consider to be sure the finish is the way they want it.
