Renuity provide an excellent Kohler product but it is a costly product and the travel cost from Spokane is also a factor for referral.

Easy process from start to finish and all-inclusive.

Little to no communication from the time I met with the salesman and paid half the cost to when the installation actually happened. Tried calling the phone number that was given to me for scheduling and found out the number was apparently no longer in service. Was told that it would be no more than 6 weeks from the date that I met with the salesman to when the tub was finally installed. It took 7 weeks before it was finally installed the first time, not including the following week when it had to be replaced because of a leak. Both times that the installers came, I was told by two different people (not the installers) that they would be there by 8:00, only to find that it was impossible for the installers to get to my house by that time because they were coming from Spokane, which is a three hour drive to my house in Richland.

Workers were friendly and gladly answered any questions I had.

Job was completed within the allotted time. The preparation of the worksite was done with precision. The plumber and the technicians were precise in their measurements so when they put everything in place the next day, the parts all fit like a glove.

The quality of the goods and the service I received were excellent. The men who installed it were skilled and hard-working. Even though I only replaced the shower the entire bathroom looks bigger and better.

Appreciate the follow up adjustment that Michael did on Wednesday. Did not follow thru re. door handle.

After the initial installation of the Kohler walkin bath tub, Michael Weldon came to adjust the plug handle to a softer turn on as requested.

After removing the panel to access the turn-on handle, Michael decerned a platform enhancement with additional insulation would be beneficial.

Michael spent 4 more hours making the platform and even fitted more insulation.

Michael made sure the area was well cleaned
He tested his work and cleaned up to the extent that I was well satisfied.

Michael explained and demonstrated some interesting features of the walkin tub, plus agreed an extra rack at the far end of the tub would be handy. I am looking forward to this back-wall addition.
