Southern Pride is local, family owned and operated. When it comes to windows and doors, no one has more knowledge or expertise than Tom. He consistently turns challenges into customers that are raving fans. His vast knowledge allows him to think outside the box and deliver great results. Tom's disarming sense of humor brings out the best in those around him.
Tom's wife of 17 years, Kelli, recently left her 8 year passion in the medical field to help full time run the operations side of the business. She is the one that generally answers the phone and schedules appointments. Her goal to make sure each customer gets the attention and dedication they deserve.
In their spare time the Herold's enjoy boating, spending time with their children and attending Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall. The company also donates to the Friends of Scouting, and Tom pulls the scout float in the Rowlett Christmas parade Hide

Recognized Excellence - The installer was friendly, hard working and an amazing perfectionist, which we appreciated very much.

After much research, I found that Sunrise were the best quality vinyl windows you can get in the DFW area. I checked a couple dealers and while both dealers were friendly and professional, Southern Pride was definitely the better price. Quality was done on par with the quality of windows, so I know we won't have any issues for a long time.

Work Done Right
Work Done Right - Two errors were with window manufacturing and not the fault of Southern Pride. They did rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Recognized Excellence - Both Tom and Justin. Tom helped with repricing reconfigurations in order to manage price and still get the best windows. Justin, the main installer was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.
