The experience was professional and efficient.

The guy that walked up to the house, the salesman, was amazing. He sold me the roof. It didn't have anything to do with numbers. He was honest and trustworthy. I even threw curveballs to test him, and he passed my test, and that's why we went through the roof.

The very efficient and even though it was a hot day they kept at it. I have had compliments on my roof, so they did an excellent job.

The roof was expensive, but it's an excellent roof and the job was well done.

It was a job well done. The cleanup could be a little better, but it was well done. I found multiple nails and things around the house, but other than that, it's great. Also, I felt a little pressure in making the decision right away, and I wanted to get more estimates. It made me a little uncomfortable with the pressure of making the decision immediately instead of holding off.

They walked me through the steps as they applied my roof and were very thorough.

They did a good job. They came when they said and hardly took a break while they were here. It took almost 14 hours but was all done in one day.

Sales associate was great. Provided all the information I needed. Roofing crew took care to protect plants and cleaned up well afterwards. Unfortunately there was not great communication from the sales associate and roofing crew where several important items were missed. I’ve tried following up with the construction manager to get the work I thought was included to get done but have not received any positive responses. Sales associate is no longer with the company which complicates things.

They are a high pressure sales organization which charges a tremendous price for roofing, based on claimed skills quality training of their workman. I don't challenge their capabilities, but I don't think they are better than other roofers I had in the past or other decades.

The entire crew that installed our roof was excellent! They worked as a team, were very efficient, very safe. I am VERY satisficed with the project and highly recommend
