Roof inspections. One of our experienced pros will do a thorough inspection of your roofing system, attic and foundation to determine if there are telltale signs of damage or wear and tear that could lead to leaks, rot, erosion, water damage in walls and ceilings, or mold or mildew in your attic.
A detailed roof inspection report. This checklist makes it easy for us to determine whether you need a new roof. If you don’t, we will tell you! If you do, your inspection report will tell you why by identifying instances of damage.
A free estimate using space-age technology. We use innovative, 99.8% accurate satellite measurements to calculate pricing for your roof replacement to ensure there are no surprises. Your quote will also be based on the specific brand and type of shingle you select.

You charge 4 times more than any other company. Than try negotiate the price down by telling lies. Other companies use the same materials as you do, but the salesman try to make you feel you're getting better shingles... But you're not!! The salesman writes everything down, but then takes all the paperwork so you have nothing of what he tells you. We were told if we needed more than 2 pieces of wood get a break and it would be $75 for each piece not the $120 price. That was a lie!! We needed 5 pieces of wood and was charged $120 for each.
