They did a good job!

From what I can time, they did a great job. Only time will tell. I have no complaints.

They were good. They were prompt. I found a few nails around the house, but it was good other than that. They flattened out my gutter.

I had talked to the gentleman who was in charge sometime afterward, and I had asked him for an itemized list of all the products that they used so that I could turn it into FEMA to see if I could get a refund on it, and he said that he did not know if they could do that. I do not understand why I can not get an itemized list of the products that were used and the costs.

Product and workmanship is great! Price ended up decent after some negotiations.

Our whole experience was exemplary. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and upfront with us. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone i know looking for a new roof.

They were very fast and efficient. They were transparent, but they were a little pricy. They did a good job quickly.

The crew arrived at site on time and introduced themselves to me. From there they inventoried their supplies and began to se up to begin the job. The roof was finished to about 5 any 1/2 hrs. They cleaned the site and asked me to check their work. Excellent

We were very impressed with David. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything well and the process that was going to take place. The work crew was prompt and did a good job. They had one person on the ground constantly cleaning up and making sure all nails and debris was picked up.

They were extremely nice and cooperative. They kinda bent over backwards to get the project financed for me. They did everything they said they would do, and it was done in a timely manner.

Southern National needs to come back and do what they said they would do.
