Roof inspections. One of our experienced pros will do a thorough inspection of your roofing system, attic and foundation to determine if there are telltale signs of damage or wear and tear that could lead to leaks, rot, erosion, water damage in walls and ceilings, or mold or mildew in your attic.
A detailed roof inspection report. This checklist makes it easy for us to determine whether you need a new roof. If you don’t, we will tell you! If you do, your inspection report will tell you why by identifying instances of damage.

My sales representative was very easy to work with. The workmen worked very quickly. My only complaint is our attic was a mess when they were finished. I don't know if we should have expected that. They cleaned up the yard, but the attic was filthy because of all the banging they did on the roof.

It was a job well done. The cleanup could be a little better, but it was well done. I found multiple nails and things around the house, but other than that, it's great. Also, I felt a little pressure in making the decision right away, and I wanted to get more estimates. It made me a little uncomfortable with the pressure of making the decision immediately instead of holding off.
