The worst electrical service I got ever since. Electrician wants to change my electrical panel and charging me $10k+ as he said it is under recall. Called the manufacturer to confirm, they told me NO your main panel is not included in the recall, you’re fine nothing to worry. Any comments?

The guy came looked at the fan said it was burned out without looking at said he could install a new one for 375 then pr I ceed to sell my husband a contract I would never deal with you a comp waste of 69 dollars I wouldn't recommend you to putin
SCS installed the entire system including a U joint in the drain which led to slime growth. Wanted to charge me over $500 to spray a little hot water and acid on the slime to clean it. That is an insult in addition to the other poor experiences I had with SCS. I did it myself in 15 minutes. SCS is charging over a $2000/hr labor rate for this service. Forget you. A tech came out in March for the AC not blowing cold. Same thing happened again. Not injecting anything to try and trace the leak down at this point so now we wait again and have to call SCS out again in 3 months to inject dye or gas to find the leak and fix the system that they are responsible for. Tech did his job and was pleasant. This is not a poor review of the tech. SCS is not on my list for future use due to the poor service and lack of accountability for what they installed. I 100% feel that SCS is trying to kick the can down the road to avoid the warranty work for the system that they are responsible for.

I advise the public to get several quotes before signing a contract. I received quotes from four other contractors, and I was told that I was being ripped off by Southern Coast. They wanted me to pay for things I did not need.
The technical did a really good job, he was very informative and helpful with the entire process.

I contacted them initially because I had good service before. Very nice gentleman said he would give quote - didn't get quote - happened 3 times over an 8 day period - bought it elsewhere. I don't want to take the rest of the survey because I think this pretty much sums things up.

I am likely to recommend Southern Coast Services to a friend. They were excellent, timely and did the job. The service was amazing. The representative was great and both the people who came were great too.

They totally sucked and kept bugging me by email and text almost daily to take a survey. The guy took $59 and then came out without a part on Sunday when my heat was out and told me it would cost $200, but he would have to schedule it when an HVAC guy could do it. I then saw he wrote on the invoice that I told him I wanted to buy a new air conditioner, but I did not. I told him it was the bait and switch. I called my regular electrician. They came down the next morning and put in a $45 part.
They were extremely competent and efficient. They got the job done, and completed it quickly and successfully.
The question is the perfect answer. I would highly recommend Southern Coast Services because of the great service that I received.

I did not like the way the tech handled my work by leaving several wires disconnected in my unit and was not able to use the AC for hours, I did not know why he did it?
They had to come back because the first time they install an old connection hoops from my stuff and that's lead to a leak

I contacted this company, and I was told that someone could come out the next day. It wasn't until they got here and gave me an absorbent quote for a simple replacement of my shower assembly and all the extensive work they had to do. I chose to get another bid. They had me over the barrel and told me I had to pay a $69 assessment fee, which no plumbers charge around here. They also told me I needed to redo my entire bathroom, that it would be around $3,700, and they couldn't provide financing. I just got a red flag. The guy they sent out always over dramatized my problem. I got a person to come out the next day for a third of what they were going to charge me, without the drama, without wasting an hour of my time, and without cashing the check. I told them they are a ripoff. I told them I was going to find a way to give them a one-star review if they cashed my check. What's more disappointing is that you are at the mercy of the plumber like a car mechanic, and they told me they could not give me an estimate over the phone, and then they tell me there is a fee just to make an assessment. They did cash my check. I am going to make sure I get my $70 of disparaging and true statements about this company.
