Jose is a liar & a cheat! Do not use him.

Solar Restoration is a good company that really tires to put the customer first. My only issue with them was the timing- how long- it took to complete the project.

Solar Restoration quality of work was good, how very they went well past the deadline e that was provided to me. I had to take off work to locate a bathroom cabinet that we clearly at home depot less than 2 miles from my house. I would jot recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was very pleased that they stuck to the process. It was difficult to get the materials, but I got what I needed.

it took them 14 months to do a 8 month project. progress was so slow I had to get some of the work done myself and never received payment for man hours on job or materials purchased

I was told it would take a month to complete the work being done. it took 3 months. I was told they would start in 1 week , no call no show until I called them and complained 2 weeks later. I told Mr. Dane from Alacrity I wanted a different contractor. They were already lying to me from day 1. Mr. Dane from Alacrity told me it would take another 2 weeks longer to change contractors. He talked me into staying with solar. Worst mistake I've ever made!!! They tried to cut corners on everything they could get away with. There workmanship was very poor and unprofessional. Solar restoration did not show up or call several times a week . The wood work and paint on my trim was so bad they had to tear it all out replace trim and paint again. When they took off the base boards their were holes in the sheet rock they never filled in. They painted over base boards that had old paint peeling from the water damage. dirt and dog hair stuck in paint with out cleaning or sanding. They used wrong type of brushes and too thick paint , it looked like an old house that had been painted over and over again and again. The house was a Model home and all the trim and base boards were spray painted so they were really nice and smooth. That's why they had to come back and replace trim and paint. They screwed up! They didn't pull blinds off before painting walls, just painted around windows. So the insets around windows were not painted. Dents in sheet rock all over house from pry bars used to remove base boards were just painted over and not filled in before painting. Used wrong color paint for touch ups . They didn't show or call for 10 days. I called my adjuster, I called Mr. Dane from Alacrity. I was tired of being lied too and nobody showing up to complete work. I wanted to fire this contractor and bring in some one who could do this work and finish this job. Here we go again Mr. Dane from Alacrity tells me Solar restoration is one of his best contractors, and Mr. Dane gives me his word that he will oversee this job and make sure it gets done properly. Solar doesn't show up again for several days. I called Mr. Dane who told me he would oversee this job three times over three days and left a message each time to give me a call he never called. I called my claims adjuster and told her, she said she would call him. She called me back and told me Mr. Dane would call me, he ,never called. Okay what am I supposed to think now Solar is one of his best? So if they get someone else they might be worse. My new leather couch, loveseat and recliner were ruined from being put in a pod in driveway at 100 degrees for 3 months. My $3000.00 TV bezel ruined from not properly being handled correctly. Had items missing from my home and never returned a new red broom and a 2 battery Dewalt charger. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor and I am a contractor.

The employees and installers are nice. The work took a tremendously long time and a lot of things had to be re-done.

Solar Restoration did a great job and It was very professional work.
