I have used them in the past, and I was happy to use them again. I did not have issues prior to this install. They were good addressing my problem. I would still recommend them.
Snap did a full roof replace on our 1911 vintage home and garage. The crew was great, very respectful and cleaned up every day on the site. The workmanship seems top-notch. We discovered after work started that a complete re-decking was necessary, which extended the schedule quite a bit, but the price they charged was fair so not a complaint.
Overall a great experience. The site crews were all very respectful. Snap was the only bid we received with a viable solution to fix a dip in our garage roof. Many of the other companies didn’t even notice it.
Working with Dan from SNAP was a joy. He was very easy going, not pushy at all, and very knowledgable. After receiving multiple quotes from several companies whose salespeople were incredibly sexist and offensive, Dan was just a breath of fresh air. The Snap team was so responsive and quick to answer any questions and very open about the process, anticipated costs, etc. Our roof was completed this May and it looks fantastic!!

No matter what was happening at the house, Jeremy was sure to check on everything and make sure that things went smoothly. Jeremy is the best! :)
Installation Crew - All of the work was excellent. Importantly, everybody did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done.
