There are two separate entities, the company and the crew. The company is A plus, the crew was not so great , at least during the aftermath.

Crew very professional and hard working. I had expressed concerns about the flashing that a previous contractor had applied around the chimney - looked as though they had just slapped on a piece of leftover material.
