If they improve their customer service I don't have a problem with it. I think the product is good, they just need the customer service to shape up a bit.

The crew did their best. The clean up was really good. The work was too hurried to do a decent job. That was the only problem. They had too tight of a schedule.

I was really impressed with the workmen. They came at a quarter to 8 in the morning and worked until 8:30 at night. They only took a lunch, but the rest of the time they were working hard. I was also impressed with the president of the group. There were some problems and he just solved them quickly. It was really wonderful and I am very grateful for him.

I thought they said something about energy efficiency and none of that was done.

I have had experience with roofing in the past and thought this roofing crew did a excellent job. Any questions I had they were right on in giving me answers that satisfied me. In all I they were very qualified in achieving in giving me a beautiful roof.

Sir Home Improvement stood behind their agreement with us for over fifteen years. We purchased a new roof and we developed a leak in a solar panel which could not be found. Their service team inspected our roof each time we experienced visual proof of the leak and we were treated professsionally and with concern for our problem. The problem was eventually resolved.

Sir Home Improvements did a wonderful job converting our old shower stall into a tiled beauty of a mini-spa! We used some rather intricate tile and mosaic designs on the walls and floor, and everything was done to perfection. It is just gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with our overall experience. Additional Comments - The windows look really nice and the sliders exceptionally nice. It is such a good look. We needed such an improvement on our sliding door. I think they did a good job. Because they offer financing it was something we could feasibly do, without it we would have not been able to do it. I think it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

SIR Home staff and work crews were impressively courteous and professional. Staff was very helpful in finding a workable financing solution for us. The install crew took great care in their job and left our home and yard very tidy. Several follow up calls were made by the staff to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would recommend Sir Home to anyone.
