If they improve their customer service I don't have a problem with it. I think the product is good, they just need the customer service to shape up a bit.

I had a really good experience. I used another window company in the past and I would not go back to my previous company.
Took longer than promised, came in more expensive, workmanship not up to par, and unorganized workforce.
The crew did their best. The clean up was really good. The work was too hurried to do a decent job. That was the only problem. They had too tight of a schedule.
I was really impressed with the workmen. They came at a quarter to 8 in the morning and worked until 8:30 at night. They only took a lunch, but the rest of the time they were working hard. I was also impressed with the president of the group. There were some problems and he just solved them quickly. It was really wonderful and I am very grateful for him.
I thought they said something about energy efficiency and none of that was done.
I have had experience with roofing in the past and thought this roofing crew did a excellent job. Any questions I had they were right on in giving me answers that satisfied me. In all I they were very qualified in achieving in giving me a beautiful roof.
I thought SIR Home Improvements did a really good job with the work, and called me before they came. The installers did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. The sound quality of the windows is awesome!
Just dealing directly with SIR was fine, but the job was subcontracted, and I don't like working with subcontractors. It was not what we thought it was going to be.

I was very pleased with the job. They did tell me that the walls would be paint ready, but I wasn't planning on painting just yet because of financial reasons, but then I was told that I would have to paint before they do the caulking. I differed on the caulking at this time, and I am just hoping after I get they painting done, they will come back out for the caulking because I did get a 2 year plan.
If they get rid of Collin. I wouldn't recommend if Collin is there.
