They have put together a great team of professionals that love what they do and it shows in their work! Scott helped us so much at our electrical walkthrough! He gave us tips and recommendations as if he was building his own house and wanted it to be perfection. We thought the most stressful part would be picking from all the design options, but Tonya made this process easy and fun! We are very grateful that we got to spend four hours with her because we left feeling confident that we put together a gorgeous home with her help and expertise. We loved working with Bob and his team and highly recommend Silverado Homes. When you build with Silverado Homes, you develop a personal relationship with Bob. He is always willing to meet with you to go over any concerns or questions you may have. He likes to sit down just to chat and catch up as well. Dave from Hutchison was over multiple times to fix our microwave vent and he was very diligent in addressing our issue and went out of his way to review other parts of the home he worked on during the building process and made sure all my questions were answered. Pete from New Age was extremely helpful in getting our cable/ethernet connections working properly and was here very late while AT&T was installing the cable/internet to make sure they did it right.

Value

Value - Once again, Silverado seems to have much higher quality materials compared to other builders in the area, especially when considering their pricing. Eric does a great job adding personal touches to our home that went above what we were expecting.
