A big THANK YOU to Dustin on his management of my roof replacement. Everything went smoothly and the new roof looks great. This is my third project with Signature Exteriors. I have been happy with the end result of each one.

Signature replaced the roof on my home in St. Louis with O.C. Duration Shingles. They look good and I've had no issues with the roof. As president of the Providence Gardens Condominium complex I worked with the board to recommend and garner the approval to have Signature replace the roofs of several buildings comprising 40 condominium units. Now, I had Signature replace the roof of my son's home in St. Louis. The work was done well as it had been in the past.

Signature Exteriors was very knowledgeable at the point of sale. That being said, they exclusively use subcontractors. Signature Exteriors responded every time I had complaints, but I had to complain a lot. Part of the sales pitch was that they use subcontractors, but they would be there to supervise the work and to make sure everything was done right. That would have been great, but I was the one who had to do the quality control. If Signature had gone up on the roof and checked what the subcontractors did, I wouldn't have had to constantly be complaining about shingles blowing in the wind and not sealed, gutters and gardens full of nails, and construction trash everywhere including 14 screws by our garage that my wife and I drove on for 2 weeks until I saw them and had to clean them up myself. I have no idea what problems I'm going to have on the high roofs where I can't inspect the work. I'm not a satisfied customer. The project supervision was poor.

The thing that I appreciated the most as a new homeowner was the folk's that run Signature Exteriors were really good about explaining the process and helping me. They met with my insurance adjuster. They made everything easy. They were easy to talk to and communicated with me. A storm is what caused the damage, so I recommended them to everyone that had storm damage. They are an honest company that I trust. They did a great job!

What a great choice to put a new roof on my house. They did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient, thorough, and no mess left behind. The Owens Corning Shingles look great. My Velux skylights have new manufacturer trim. I could not recommend them highly enough. Amazing job on our home.

Turn around time was crazy fast! They arrived early and stayed late. Finished the entire roof in one day. Will recommend to all my friends for their roofing needs.
