Contracted with Steve from Siding Pros. The quality of the work and installed product were excellent. We even had a hiccup on our project, that Steve was quick to address and help us work through. We are very happy with the end result, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use Steve again in the future.
The process understandably, was over estimated and we have more siding than required.
Siding Pros recently replaced all our old wood siding with Hardie Siding and then painted the entire house for us. I highly recommend them. Steve Hunt, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions and concerns and his workers were too. They were all really top notch. I would use Siding Pros again without reservation. It is a great company to work with and my house looks amazing!

Steve Hunt was a pleasure to work with. Working with an HOA is not an easy endeavor as there are as many "bosses" as there are owners. Steve was able to keep all HOA members satisfied with the work performed.

One of the things that makes a company stand out is the way they handle follow ups or fixes and Siding Pros is one of those companies. They finished a difficult project in a timely manner but had missed replacing a second floor down spout. Called them. They scheduled a worker and had the downspout installed within the week. The owner is very happy with the job. Great follow up. Would highly recommend them to anyone requiring siding.
Steve Hunt was great to work with from the beginning to the end. He is very professional and calm. Whenever we had concerns he addressed them with integrity.
Communication - The crew didn't listen, understand, or speak English.
Professional & Organized - They had to come back 4 different times, it was a pain to have finished correctly.
Quality: Workmanship/Materials/Crew - Workmanship and quality of materials used were great, the construction crew fell short of my expectations though.
Areas For Improvement - The installation crew fell short of my expectation's.

My project turned out first class ! The owner Steve was great to deal with during the entire project. He stopped by frequently to check on my projects progress and drop off needed misc. material even though he resides a long distance from my residence. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and was available to answer and solve any issues or problems as they would come up. His crew was great to work with and were always courteous and helpful as well. He runs a first class business and I would not be the least hesitant to recommend Siding Pros to anyone who has a project "Large or small". They are truly Pros !!!! Steve with Siding Pros was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. A major reason why I hired Siding Pros was based on his easy to talk to disposition. Anytime I had a question or wanted something changed he was always willing and eager to accommodate our needs. Our finished product looks great!
Steve Hunt the owner is a charmer, very nice and amiable person. He was very helpful and patient especially during the initial period when trying to decide which materials, color, etc. The job entailed redoing all of the siding on the front of the house, new window framing, and repairing, which meant replacing an eyebrow over one side of the house. His workers were also very nice however there were a few issues which convinced me not to recommend them. During the work I noticed his men were having some difficulty and I went outside to see what the trouble was. There was no foreman on the job that day and the men were mitering the siding on the corner of the house. The edges of the cuts were very rough and they couldn't seem to figure out why. It seemed obvious to me that the saw blade was not sharp and indeed thats what the problem was. Had I not been home and they completed the work, the entire section would have needed to be redone. As it was, they needed to redo the boards that had already been cut. Luckily there was plenty of extra siding so this was not a problem. There were 2 other issues one which was rectified but not well and I had to pay my painter extra to fix it. Although I must admit Steve had no problem sending his men out when there were problems, which was admirable. Also, when Steve completed the job and his men had cleaned up I kept finding nails in my yard. Luckily I don't have pets or small children or I would have been furious. The issue that is most bothersome is that Siding Pros owes me $450.00 for work they were supposed to take care of but didn't which meant I needed to get it done. The eyebrow which has roofing materials on top of it was supposed to be completed by siding pros. It states in the contract roofing to be complete. Steve did try to get a roofer but the man never showed up after the first meeting. I kept calling Steve who couldn't reach the roofer. Finally it was decided that I should take care of it. I had enough roofing material from when the roof was originally installed and there was no expense from that material. Of course I needed to pay for labor and other materials. Steve's men accidentally discarded a section of gutter that we needed to reinstall. Therefore, I also paid for that. When I presented Steve with a detailed bill for these costs, less the money I still owed him, he said he would pay but never did. That was September 5. I contacted Steve afterwards and sent him several emails with detailed bills and accounting and even gave him one in person. Two weeks ago, January 2015 I sent him a last email letting him know he had two weeks to pay prior to my contacting Hardie Siding. It has now been over 2 weeks and I still have not received payment. What started out as a lovely working relationship and despite the workmanship issues which he corrected, ended in my being very dissatisfied. It seems I will not retrieve the $450.00 he owes me unless I take him to small claims court.
