From the very start, when I called,the woman was very pleasant and scheduled us for an estimate the very next day. Mike Ruby arrived and we were impressed in so many ways. We liked how he called when he arrived to discuss what we were looking to do, did the estimate, emailed everything, and called to discuss it with us. He quickly returned calls and answered all our questions. Pricing was very reasonable and no hidden additional costs or fees. When it came to the day of the roof being replaced Jeremy Anderson arrived right at 7:30 as Mike had said. Jeremy started covering steps and moving planters to prepare for the team that arrived shortly after. The team was great also. They had a system perfected and timing of dumpster arrival etc was impressive. Throughout the day Jeremy was very professional, pleasant, and touched base with my husband letting him know how things were going. Mike kept us informed when the gutters would be done and also called the morning of to let us know the team was on the way. No detail was forgotten by Shingle Me including emailing receipt of payment and the roof warranty! I have already recommended Shingle Me to several friends and will use them for future projects!

WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE CHOOSING SHINGLEME. FROM NO NOTIFICATION OF STARTING PROJECT TO THE USE OF A SUB-CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL ROOF, TO THE SLOPPY WORK DURING INSTALLATION. THEY DID SHOW UP QUICKLY TO FIX ALL THE LEAKS IN THE NEW ROOF BUT AGAIN, NO NOTIFICATION BEFOREHAND.

Shingleme is a good company, but they need to screen who they contract to do the work.
