After everything was said and done a lady named Sheri came out. She got stuff going and she was good about getting things done. It was her and Chris. So the last part of the job was excellent. I think there was some miscommunications in the beginning.
I enjoyed working with the guys from ServPro of Texarkana.
Over all, they did a pretty good job of cleaning except our bathroom and some of the pots and pans in the kitchen.
Very prompt response from the start. Upon arrival immediately assessed the situation and isolated any furniture that could be affected standing in water. Worked very efficiently, checked daily till completely dry. Office staff friendly and knowledgeable. Total satisfaction overall, Would definitely highly recommend.

I was really pleased with our service and with the two men that came out to our home. They were both really nice, willing to explain any questions I might have. They even came back the next day since I had some concerns about one area in our kitchen, they brought out two fans and a dehumidifier to help dry out our floor and help with the moisture also. They were very helpful to us.
