ServPro came into my home after a water heater leak, July 1, 2014 sent by All State. On the next day they came back to start the packing, stack boxes on wet carpet. They return on July 5 to complete the packing. Didn't receive pod until the following week. They took my close through them into bags and store them into the pod. Can you imagine how wrinkle all my cloths were and they did not pay to have the press nor clean, ripped the screen my back screen door did not replace it. knocked a hold and my wall from a closet into the front living room did not fix, brook my window blinds, scratched my candle table and paid me lest the $300.00. Oh and the only reason I got that is because the worker left a tool bag at my house and they wanted it back. Would I recommend them to a friend If I did they would not be my friend once they got that type of treatment
Overall, I wasn't as happy with them as with someone else.
Everything was just great and was very prompt. I just knew when they took all the curtains at one time, that they were going to get lost or missing. Oh well, I was wrong. I am so well please and so was my brother that lives with me. They were so nice and personable and trusting when we had to leave , I was very comfortable with that and have been bragging on you all since. You will be highly recommended and hope one day in the future I can just get you all to come as needed. Do you all have a set price for just some house cleaning? Thanks so much , Gayle Bell

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
