The contract manager was professional and courteous; however, the contractor that was sent out to my home neglected to include wet drywall repair into the estimate to my insurance company. Needless to say, he never repaired the wet drywall damage and instead painted over it. The entire insurance claim was to repair a flooded basement, but due to estimate he did, they refused to pay. I believe he did this on purpose to avoid more work.

They're professional and did a good job. They weren't hard to work with. When I told them that they cut my cabinets down smaller than they should've been, I contacted my insurance and they came out to fix it and didn't argue.

I just felt that they tore apart stuff that they may or not have needed to, and their sister company had misplaced items when they took tracks apart that didn't need to be taken apart.

Prompt and quick service. Looked like they Cain in with a chainsaw and cut out the Sheetrock. Crooked cuts along the wall, corner pieces were hit, mangled and not removed, and half of the carpet tack strips were removed, but the left half of them anchored to the concrete floor. Could have been better quality work if they put a little more effort in.

The team at Servpro, without question, exceeded our expectations! The initial consultation provided professional explanations and followup of the entire project. They took extreme care in making certain that our pets were set off from the contaminated (sewer backup) ares of our condo. Servpro recommended evacuating the space while they did their thing. They remained in constant contact with my husband and I throughout the cleaning, sanitizing and drying project.

They are all nice at the beginning, but all they do is suck up all the insurance money so you don't actually have any money left for repairs, would never use them again. Shame on you you!!!!

No. I sent a letter to Servpro of Parma that I would not hire them again nor would I recommend them.

When the job was completed they shampooed my carpet at no additional charge. I would give them a 10 rating.
