The workers were friendly and helpful. They did a miss a few things on the job, like water in the hvac ducts.
They were pretty good. It took longer than it should have. There are some things that still aren't completed.
I thought they were very good. However, the three different contractors I used to rebuild, complained about the way ServPro pulled the floors up. The contractors said they ignored the structural issues of the house. They ripped the flooring up and broke them into jagged pieces and took some of the flooring out from underneath the door jams. Had they paid a little more attention it would have made the reparation work much more efficient and better quality.
They all were courteous and professional. The expert that laid the carpet either a genius or a magician, what a Great Job.
Find a private contractor to complete any work. Do not use ServePro for this service. They hire out their jobs to the lowest bidder but charge high rates. No quality of workmanship in the people they bring in.
Servpro was horrible to deal with! Brittany Johnson the office manager is rude, nasty, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. They ruined my one of a kind oriental rug and did not want to pay to have it repaired properly because as per Brittany it wasn't cost effective for them nor did they want to pay the true value. Brittany never once apologized when I saw her in person. The only apology I received from Brittany was on a post-it note (not even on company letterhead) attached to the check she was forced to pay. I had to get my insurance agent involved to solve this issue. I was still not happy with the final settlement!

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
