Unfortunately, I have water damage twice in my house. Both times, SerPro of NE San Antonio responded and completed their work with 100% satisfaction. All the employees were awesome with their remediation and made further repairs much easier.
ServPro of NE San Antonio employees were very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. They came in did their work as promised and when promised! We will highly recommend them to family and friends.
Once we filed a claim with Allstate Insurance at about 3:30 p.m. ServPro was at our house by 9:30 that night setting up fans, dehumidifiers, vacuuming water, and pulling up carpet. They kept the fans and dehumifiers in-place 4 days until their sensors indicated the humidity level in the walls and house was at an acceptable level.
Area For Improvement - I didn't any shortcomings in this service.
