We engaged Servpro after having a fire at our home. John Schumann was our point of contact and John was a God send. We had never dealt with a house fire/damage before and John was there every step of the way for us. He communicated regularly and was incredibly responsive. The work Servpro did was top notch. They arrived on time and cleaned up after their work was done. All in all I couldn't be happier and the next time I have a home remodeling project, I plan on calling John and Servpro.
