I would not recommend this franchise. They were not prepared to handle my large home after the fire. Elizabeth should have been honest with me in the very beginning telling me that didn't have the resources. Instead she had only 2 people, not full time, packing & cleaning a 7,000 sq ft home. I fired them after wasting 3 months. Hired a new company & totally had to repack & reclean items that were "cleaned" by them. What a waste of time. Plus illegally dumped toxic waste water in my backyard which goes into our private lake. She tried covering it up but I came home from work unexpected earlier & caught them. I would not recommend them at all. To me, no stars.
