The Representative was very unprofessional and was not productive with appointments.
ServPro removed the water damaged Sheetrock and flooring. I had also hired them to do the repair. The tear out was fine with the exception of missing one spot in the garage and not removing a piece of trim and mold started to grow. The real problem happened when after three weeks of calling no one returned my calls or acknowledged I sent the SKU for the desired replacement flooring. When I emailed laying out a timeline of all my attempts at contacting them and no one returning my calls, I was told that maybe I should find a different company. Since posting a negative review on Yelp, one person from the company reached out with a sincere apology and a promise that they are working on correcting their practices so that something like this doesn’t happen in the future.
Took weeks to complete and had to be called back numerous times to fix problems.
They were great went above and beyond to do there job!

Everybody that came from ServPro was very professional and polite. I think their personalities were wonderful. I will always recommend them to anybody. I am very grateful to have had them in our home.
I thought they did an excellent job. They were very professional. They were very expedient getting our smoke damage to our home fixed. They cleaned out the place from top to bottom and had us back in our home in about 4 days, so very little time lost on it. The people were friendly and professional--all of that.

I had contacted the contractors board and had the packet ready to fill out. This was a very unpleasant 4 months. Especially when you consider all that needed doing was drying out wall and repair, stain cabinets and replace the floor.
